All registrations are subject to our approval. We reserve the rights to deny any listing or advertisement requests, the removal of any existing listing, and the termination of any paid listing or advertisement services. Any remaining balance that exists will be refunded when we cancel or terminate any paid services.
You will be billed for paid services that you register for your business. Paid listing and advertisement will be posted only after payment is received in full. Free, basic listing will be posted on the next scheduled update of the web site.
You will be billed for renewal of paid services every three months or every year depending on whether you have selected the monthly or yearly contract at the time of registration. You may switch to a yearly contract from a monthly contract at any time. You may switch to a monthly contract from a yearly contract only at the time of the renewal of your existing yearly contract.
If you wish to terminate an existing monthly contract prior to its renewal date, we will refund the balance in your account for the remaining months. We will remove your listing at the end of the existing month. If you wish, you may ask us to remove your listing on the next scheduled update of the web site, which may occur before the end of the existing month.
